Testing some Chinese “silver” panda’s that I bought off the bay over a year ago. Some rules I will now follow: Never buy Pandas, be very weary about buying coins off ebay and where possible, hold in my hand before splashing out cash.

I heard you can stick them in the oven at high temperature and bad coins will change colour. Can you give it a go seeing as you got a bad coin to try?
i never buy bullion off ebay because of the cost & like you just pointed out the fakes stick to 925 500 800 and 900 silver you get more silver for your pound ..a panda sells for about 37pound silvers at about 20 a OZ thats 85% over spot you paying..i think you better of buying gold 1G gold about 50pound gold at 35 a gram thats 47% over spot diffrence between gold and silver when u buying is 33% in golds faver ….uk is a rip off for silver bullion

Even though it is over a year on ebay i believe in a case of it being fake you can do something about it. Paypal takes fakes seriously
